Events & Activities
We generally meet weekly for 4-6 weeks to discuss a book of interest. Our most recent group focused on The Book of Joyby His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Next up is Two Hands: Grief and Gratitude in the Christian Life by Rev. Dr. Lynne Baab. Contact the church office for more information.
“Glad You Asked” Lunch & Conversation
You’re not alone if you have questions about God and/or the Bible! Join us as we make space to ask big questions and wonder our way toward answers together, third Sundays of the month from 12 noon – 1 pm. Bring a brown bag lunch and a question or two or simply come along to listen. Parents, note that your kids are very welcome to join us.
Wednesdays from 12-12:30 pm on Zoom. We often begin by listening to a recorded piece of music, then allow time for personal prayers both aloud and in silence.
Supper Club is a monthly opportunity for MPC adults to socialize and connect over a potluck meal. Contact the church office for more information.
We meet on the second Saturday of each month at 9:00am at MPC to walk, returning at 10:00am for coffee and treats. Our pace is relaxed, and the point is to enjoy one another’s company while getting some fresh air and exercise in our community.
